About Us

The Hive Wall is the brain child of urban B.

At urban B we beleive in British made quality products, we sell a range of products online and in our collaborative Shropshire based shop 'Under One Roof'.

At our physical store we collaborate with local artisans to sell hand made products. We also sell out range of products here which include concrete items made by Josh and Sarah. And the Hive Wall.

Meet the Team

Sarah – Passionate about interior and exterior design, as well as researching the health benefits of indoor planting to air quality and wellness in your home.

Whilst initially qualifying and working as an equine vet, Sarah also has an extensive property portfolio which has seen significant redevelopment over the past 5 years. Her properties are all high end design, contemporary co-living spaces for students looking for quality accommodation during their study.

Most recently, Sarah has designed and built her own ‘grand designs’ home, focusing on an eco-friendly and sustainable living concept.

Lauren – Has over 10 years of experience working in financial services, focusing on product and program management, with the more recent responsibility for the branch estate of a high street retail bank.

Lauren is passionate about helping local businesses succeed and keeping local high streets alive. She is always on the look out for more design ideas and stockists for our Urban B products, as well as looking after the corporate side of the business.

Lauren is kept busy outside of work being a wonderful mother to her twin boys who were born in 2017.

Josh – Having qualified with a degree in Civil Engineering, Josh has a real flare for contemporary design and the use of complimentary materials to create stylish and unique looks. Along with Sarah, together they have built a contemporary home that is filled with bespoke carpentry and furniture created by Josh.

Specialising in polished concrete in particular, Josh is available to discuss your requirements, draw up your ideas on CAD and then make your very own bespoke piece. Feel free to contact Josh in order to discuss your requirements.
